Conditions for returns

An item can only be registered for return once it has been physically received. All return costs are borne by the customer, including international postage and any customs charges. Items must be returned in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition, in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. You are permitted to try the item on, but it must not have been used or worn. Returns are not permitted for items that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (part of) the order.


Returns process

Notify us of your return by contacting us at info@oryndralondon.com no later than 30 days after receiving the item. We will provide you with the return address. Please note that our supplier is based in China. Return the item at your own expense, including any shipping and customs costs. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.


Refund

Once we have received the returned item at the specified address and approved its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.


Liability

We are not liable for lost return parcels if the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, the customer is liable. Any errors in the delivery address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
