General Terms and Conditions – Oryndra London
These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the Modiva York online shop. By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions set out below.

Article 2 – Scope
These terms and conditions apply to any offer made by Oryndra London and to any distance contract concluded between the company and the consumer.
Article 3 – Products and information
We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, typographical errors or minor discrepancies may occur. All product images are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended solely as visual illustrations. The actual product may differ.
Article 4 – Ordering and payment
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. The available payment methods may vary depending on the country and will be displayed at checkout.
Article 5 – Delivery
Processing time: 1–3 working days Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days (depending on destination) Oryndra London does not maintain its own warehouse. All products are shipped directly from our suppliers, who are primarily based outside the EU (including China). Any import duties, VAT or customs charges may be imposed by the carrier and are the customer's responsibility.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact us in writing by email within the withdrawal period. Following notification of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 30 days.
Article 7 – Returns and costs
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. Once the returned goods have been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded within 30 days of receipt.
Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Hygiene products where the seal has been broken
- Products that deteriorate rapidly
Article 9 – Liability
Oryndra London is not liable for lost parcels if the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the specified address.
Article 10 – Warranty and Complaints
The consumer is entitled to the statutory right to make a complaint. Any defects must be reported in writing within a reasonable period of time.
Article 11 – Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email to info@oryndralondon.com. We aim to respond to enquiries within 30 days.
